Austria is introducing the EU Pay Transparency Directive, thus beginning a new era of fairness, clarity and corporate responsibility.
Anna Stockhammer from the Wiener Zeitung interviewed me on the occasion of the introduction of the EU-mandated EU Wage Transparency Directive, and she sums up her question so beautifully:
