If only about 301,000 of all European executives are women, even though women often do exactly the right thing—namely, lead in a value-oriented, cooperative, and empathetic way, on equal footing, with a focus on the company's purpose—and recent studies also show that women leave top management positions faster than men, then it's essential to examine the structures and power mechanisms within a company.
