Together with experts from the Vienna Chamber of Labor, we'll be discussing ways to close the gender pay gap – and how fair pay for all genders can be achieved. For me, the key is... Win-win principle of #FairEqualPay The focus is on the fact that when we promote salary transparency and structural fairness, both companies and employees benefit equally.
