Is it still worth talking about equal pay – or is the topic being scrapped in the age of Trump?

It's truly shocking how many large companies are having to bow to the Trump administration... 📆 And at this point, we don't know for sure whether the EU Pay Transparency Directive will be implemented exactly as planned by June 2026.

Also the Directive to achieve a more balanced representation of women and men on the boards of listed companies is currently making it difficult for companies working with the US government.

And it is precisely at this moment that every company must ask itself what it is all about – and what the company really needs.

And that quickly brings us to the question of innovative power! And, as we all know, that develops better when we embrace new perspectives. New perspectives always mean listening to and taking other points of view seriously.

And taking it seriously means treating people fairly and equally. It's nothing more, but also nothing less!
